• Classic, rare, or pre-2005 colors: Factory formulas may be limited or unavailable
• Missing paint codes or repainted vehicles: Custom hand matching is often the best option
• Discontinued formulas: If we can’t produce the color, we’ll issue a refund
• Wrong color ordered: Because paint is custom mixed, orders placed with an incorrect color code can’t be refunded
