Here's the cold, hard truth from the spray booth: 2018 was the peak of "Robot Efficiency." These coaches were painted with laser precision, which is a fancy way of saying the factory applied the absolute bare minimum amount of clear coat to get it out the door. Because the clear is so thin, those high-exposure areas-like the "brow" above the windshield or the roof edges-are likely starting to feel the heat.
