What to Watch For

Finding your paint code on a classic Belvedere can feel like a scavenger hunt. Check the fender tag located on the driver's side inner fender under the hood. If it's not there, look at the top of the radiator support-though be prepared to wipe away some vintage engine grease to see it. Because of the Belvedere's sharp, leading-edge design, you'll likely find "battle scars" (chips) along the front of the hood and the tops of the fenders.
